Staff:
• Our staff are completely referenced and trained to a first class standard. They are hard working, reliable and concientious. We guarantee that they will work to a high quality standard.
• Our cleaning staff are uniformed, carry Photographic ID, and are punctunal, always arriving on time.
• Our personnel will arrive at the day and time for which they are booked. They will work to the specification agreed, then go. We control and count our time using time keeping automated systems.
• Our staff are aware that their service should not interfere with your business or daily work. You can rest assured that our team will adapt their services to the given circumstances.
• Everything agreed is confirmed in writing.
Materials and Products:
• We bring all the products and machinery necessary for our services. All of our equipment is selected from the latest of quality technologies on the market and are maintained with care. However, if you prefer, we can use your own products.
• We are an evironmentally friendly company and we try to be as ecological as possible. We do our best to use products that are easy on the environment.
• All Cleans are supported by area supervision.
Security:
• Security is a fundamental objective for our clients, our company and our employees.
• The company is covered by the appropriate insurances for our employees.
• All of our staff are security checked and have full public liability.
• All of the products that we use strictly comply with an established quality control.
• All of our machinery is subject to regular maintenance and care.
• Our staff are not prepared to work if a particular site does not comply with our standards of security.
